Worst customer service every time i come here. Staff consistently walk past waiting customers. Worker "rose" is very rude.

Definitely the worst branch ever. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes on my food. Never came so I just asked for a refund. Even asking for a refund was painful cause no staff member would pay attention. This branch is so understaffed - it also doesn't help that the few syaff they have were so incompetent.
Coffee and toastie 3.00 with discount card--excellent!
can't complain, pretty good fare for Hungry Jacks
No lettuce tomato ect. Took it back to no apologies then got the same one back with no mayonnaise etc Called to let them know. Nobody answers the ph. What's going on Jack !!
