Jewellery broke within the first month, customer service was initally good until after the sale. Repair was not done under warranty. Will definitely not be coming back.

This store has the most helpful staff I went into this store yesterday and brought a beautiful diamond gold ring for my partner and the young staff member was so helpful and very experienced at her job and my partner is so rapped with is new ring thanks again very highly recommended.

I bought a watch from here last week. The battery has already slowed and needs replacing. I was told the watch would have to be sent away and the battery could take up to 6 weeks to be replaced. How ridiculous! The 2 year warranty would become void if I took my watch somewhere else to get fixed. The girl couldn't seem to care less either way - they've made their sale. First and last time I go to Goldmark.

Very poor customer service. Waited 2 weeks to get a ring sized. There payment system is from the dark ages and the rude manager needs to learn some customer relations skills. If you can use another jeweler.
