Had an issue with a product just out of warranty which couldn't be resolved due to no customer contact or follow up. Eventually after complaining about poor customer service we were offered a complete exchange which we never expected but happy to accept. When picking up the young girl who assisted me was absolutely beautiful and so friendly and helpful. She is an absolute asset to the business.

Store is ok and products are fine, but the customer service has lots of room for improvement. Be aware many staff seem not to know how their order system works, get very confused, and lost your order for months. And be prepared to spend at least an hour waiting at the pickup point for the disorganized staff to find your products.

I had the best service from a lovely lady in there. She pretty much hand picked all my stuff and help me set it all together. I can’t wait until my order comes. Thankyou so much Even went back the next day and brought a table. That’s how wonderful there service is!

We purchased a dining table from Early Settler Robina. The table arrived with scratched, dented and rusty metal legs. We contacted Early Settler on the 13/10/2020 to ask for the table legs to be replaced. Despite 2 follow up emails to Early Settler we are yet to received a response (day of writing 06/11/2020 9am). I will update this review once we receive a response. 06/11/2020 10 am Received a call from Early Settler, they are arranging for the tabke to be replaced. Shipment is due in Australia on 14/12/2020 but will likely receive legs in 2021. Update the new table arrived and the new legs hav a slight scratch and the table has a dent on the surface an inch long and 3mm deep. Cant be bothered returning this one we will just accept that they dont supply quality tables.

Interesting retail furniture outlet with a good range of stock. Some specials but overall the pricing was reasonable. A small staff but very attentive to any enquiries we had but otherwise delightfully unobtrusive and allowed us to become very interested in what was on display. One of the better furniture and homeware stores around.
