Staff are very friendly and responsive. However, while they enforce COVID restrictions in the line and in the waiting area, once you are at a counter there is someone within 1.5m of you at the next counter, and there is no barrier between you and the staff member. I feel for them having to serve what must be in excess of 50 people a day. Further, the seats for the licence photos require your space to be further impeded upon every time someone needs one as they are crammed in between two counters. More consistent application of COVID requirements would bring this service centre up to 5 stars.

I have a 30 sec question for NSW Roads and Maritime. I live 2 hours from the nearest office. I have tried to call multiple times but after being on hold each time for 45 mins.... I give up! There is an option to email the inquiry but it takes up to 10 days for a response - SERIOUSLY????? Its a quick 30 second question that would constitute a yes or no. APPALLING customer service and the whole outfit needs a serious shake up and overhaul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
