Can I rate RMS Services zero stars? It seems not. That's a pity, since they have provided some of the worst service I have ever experienced. My insurer forwarded my air-conditioning maintenance job to them in November 2015. It is now February 2016. Three months to clean out and reconnect an air-conditioner! Three months! After several phone-calls - speaking to disconnected, disorganised and just plain dopey service personnel - my job is no closer to resolution.
