As a lecturer in undergraduate marketing and post graduate MBA programs, a past student and mentor, I have quite a bit of the university. It seems students have a hard time with support here. I wish that were different. I can only speak from my experience and as a teacher I try my best to support the students. All of my colleagues do the same. We do care and try to help them learn and develop. It has great facilities and there is potential to do well, but being so big you can also get lost here. I recommend asking your tutors for support and fellow students. If you do, you will get the best out of your time.

Infrastructure is a really nice, Teachers are very supportive and education system is also very nice. Great infra. Great Faculty. Great Environment...I've graduated from here. The graduate ceremony was splendid!

After accepting my course offer, I was chasing them up to enrol (classes were starting soon and still hadn’t heard from them) but ended up waiting many hours on the phone and chat service only to be told that my enrolment wasn’t ready due to an error in their system. UPDATE: Was finally able to enrol but missed the first week of classes due to their system not working and slow enrolment process.

I have completed 15 units with this university. I would only recommend about 4 or 5 of them to others because they were actually well designed, provided quality study materials and good instructor support for students. The rest of the units were mediocre to poor and didn't meet the requirements of today's job market. It felt like they were provided by those who didn't actually care about teaching their subjects. Once RMIT gets your money, the service becomes terrible and you no longer warrant any of their attention. This is illustrated by how long it takes to get through to their new enrollments and support for existing students respectively on the phone: I made several unsuccessful attempts to get through to the student support yesterday, with announced wait times of over an hour, and the calls just got disconnected after 15 to 25 minutes. Today I waited on the phone for an hour and twenty minutes to finally speak to somebody in the student support, and the person was rude and actually hung up on me after I suggested that she focus on my query because I waited for that long, saying "I'm not going to assist you" and just dropping the call! When I rang back, I chose new enrollments and got through in 2 minutes. So they are nice to you before you hand over your money and completely ignore you once they got it.

RMIT Academic Street project is an interconnected series of streets, walkways, terraces and bridges linking existing buildings while providing opportunities for meeting and relaxing.

Most frustrating place to study. You can ask questions all day but never get any answers that matter. Psych support is a joke if you need any help, happy to take your money in the beginning and push you through enrolment with all smiles, then the service STOPS... Disorganised and frustrating. Money is what they care about the most!

Lovely feel for a seat of learning in the heart of Melbourne. Never studied there, but it’s a great place to visit.

Worst customer service ever. Tried to enrol for January '21 in Digital Communications Leadership (of all things). Did everything asked on deadline. Glitch in THEIR part of process which held up the application and then they say my application was late and I can't enrol until August! No explanation, no apologies, no follow up. Course Advisor Tom was so pathetic..
