Not the fair learning environment it makes out to be. Preferential treatment of certain students and extra days given to some for submission of work! Maybe teacher's pets should not be given assistance in how to complete assignments to enable them to be chosen for fashion week placements or given more time to complete work. This may sound like sour grapes of a frustrated parent but when your child works above and beyond, and you yourself are the senior leader of a school who tries to educate those on fairness and equity I feel this is very unfair and there are a lot of students who are very unhappy about the process.

I rang to inquire about a certificate III in clothing production and textiles and the switchboard connected me to the appropriate woman in that department. She was incredibly rude and abrupt in answering my queries about the course. I don't imagine learning from a woman with this arrogance would be motivating at all.
RMIT Brunswick library is one of the best sources for textile books in Melbourne. You may be able to arrange borrowing through your college, through your library, or pay an annual borrowing fee if you are studying and need the resources. Close to public transport with good disabled access facilities.
So good place to learn fashion. Sometimes free textile workshops are held here.
