Stay away from this company. We recently purchased a 1,000 gem tester and when it eventually arrived it was unusable having a probe that didn't fit the tester, an American power supply and no batteries (which were supposed to be included. We made numerous phone calls, all of which went straight to message bank and wrote numerous emails requesting either new accessories, a replacement item or, finally, for our money back. We got ZERO response from Scales Plus. Eventually, today, we wrote off the purchase price as a loss and arranged to purchase the item from a local supplier. This is a totally unprofessional company who have no regard for customers once the money is in their bank. Buy items from Scales Plus at your peril.

i respect scales plus and placed an online order "AT9P01766" and waiting for the air ion counter. Unfortunately their phones are not working neither the mail reply is . Anxiously waiting where are they. many calls had been tried and mails sent but no reply. can someone help. i respect them though for their business and multiple product varieties. hope all are safe and business going well.
Matthew at Scales plus is so easy to work with, we bought some for our school in Brisbane and one of them was faulty, I rang him on Friday for help with the scale, he tried to fix the problem over the phone but wasn't able to, so he shipped us a new one and it turned up on Monday of the next week. I am very impressed with the level of service I have received from him and will be using you in the future for any of our scale needs.
Matt from Scales Plus is an honest and trustworthy guy and he has impressed us with how well his gadgets worked. He is able to get the latest scales and battery technology before most other businesses in Perth at a great price because he travels to asia and has great knowledge of the technology available. Highly Recommended!
