I'm a tenant of Access Housing for about 10 yrs now. I've never experienced any problems with them . Maintenance issues have been addressed quickly and professionally. The staff are always curteous and knowledgeable. I'd recommend Access Housing first above anyone else.

Not impressed with the way this company deal's with disruptive behaviour complaint's. As l have been dealing with a neighbour that pay's it's rent to them, while they for 2yrs have constantly attacked my tenancy, including twice attempted breaking and entering of my dwelling. I have submitted constant reports and Police report's to Access Housing.....Who do nothing about it, but to awarded their tenants conduct...FACT !......l have since been informed by Access Housing that the little S&@ that keep's constantly attacking my tenancy right's to a peaceful and quiet accommodation, has been booted out because he doesn't pay rent to live in the unit next door to me....on the 2 December 2020, well this is turning out to be a bald face lie.....he is still living in the unit next door and has continued to create disruptive behaviour action's against me and my accommodation this l update her on the 7th January 2021. This is one of the most incompetent organisation l have had to deal with continuously.
Helped me get my own place that suits my needs perfectly. I am extremely satisfied!
Hard to find the actual office, hard to find parking, Access Housing are great though
Refered a friend from the real life church regarding housing for 2 adults 1 dog and within 1 hour they had a result,,,good on yous at access housing for helping and giving opportunity to the crisis of homelessness to the suburb of gosnells( more organizations like yours are needed ).
If you don't like the prices, move down to Rockingham There's plenty of ground floor apartments here at the right rental price, with Access Housing, Mandurah.
