Awful, one of my work mate Bohai Bao told me today, if you give this place a five star they will give you a 100 voucher, I can not believe these scams, these people think they can lure us in these scams and misguide the public. Not happening in Australia sorry Bohai.

Went to visit as a new person. The service was so professional, Dr Jacinta encouraged me to get all my woman tests up to date. So efficient , I was impressed. Will continue to go there. Everything under one roof so professional from the minute you step into the practice, the Reception staff are so polite and helpful as well. Cheers

1. This is the second time I have waited for over an hour to be seen. Alas I understand things can happen to cause delays 2. We advised that the reason we were there was for a work cover claim and have organised a visit with a specialist and we needed a referral, GP barely asked any questions and just provided us with the referral. At the time we did not realise the doctor is also required to fill out a work cover claim form. So I got home and called the receptionist who was lovely and advised that the doctor should have filled out a form, so she advised me that she will organise a call form the doctor asap as our specialist apt is booked in for tomorrow. 3. It is now 4pm with no call back, if the GP had asked sufficient questions about the situation he would have known that we still required a work cover claim form. We waited over 1 hour whilst he saw other patients ( apts that averaged over 20 mins) to then walk into the apt where the GP said about 2 words and the apt lasted for about 5 mins. I am disappointed in the neglect and unreponsive quality, it really isn't that hard to ask the questions you need to, to ensure the patient has everything required. Not everyone knows all the forms and requirements that are needed, Duty of care.

First appointment waited for an hour. Next appointment 30 mins in and no sign of the doctor yet. Why there is no value for patient’s time. Why can’t they call to either come late or reschedule instead of just making everyone wait. Update: Doc called for second appt. just to tell the x-ray is all fine, so disappointed.

Best doctors by far! Bulk billed and very friendly and helpful team. Dr Emmanuel is by far the best GP I have ever dealt with and he has a wealth of knowledge and has helped me a lot!
