Always helpful staff, bright and happy. There are some asking staff on who a great to get advice on and to just talk about art and ideas. Would always recommend this store alone, defiantly will keep coming back.

I have been into the Fountain Gate store several times recently due to taking up painting while in COVID iso. They currently have 50% off so the range was not at the level it would be usually, but this was more than made up for by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who were happy to spend time with me and talk me through the various options. I was very grateful and impressed! Thanks RAaC FG!!
Went into the Fountain Gate store today... shelves are practically empty... only one staff member there who was stacking shelves... I had a few things I wanted to buy, so waited at the counter but no one came, finally just called out "hello" and the tall blonde haired staff member came out from one of the aisles... just looked at me as though I had just interrupted her day... No hello, no smile, no friendly demeanour.....she was most indignant when I suggested perhaps they have a bell at the counter instead of customers having to hell out... I really don't think having only one staff person on for a shop like this in a busy shopping centre is enough, especially with Christmas trade looming... and this staff women really needs to get a better attitude towards customers, she obviously doesn't like her work or working for Riot.
The fountain gate store is managed extremely well... the staff are knowledgeable and helpful with all art related info... some product lines are not available and would like to see a little bit more variety in the fine arts section... it is a very crafty oriented store...

The staff were real helpful got 50% off by signing up to their club. Great experience especially for Christmas shopping
