4 months, a tonne of emails, and I am still waiting for them to send me a small screw but vital part of the portable air conditioner I purchased for over 750 in February. If you don't have the part, then don't send the product out. I am beyond frustrated. I would never buy a Rinnai product again based on this aggravating experience over such a small issue that could have been fixed immediately. Terrible customer service. 0 stars
