I would not recommend this Nissan Dealer. I was disgusted buy how the cars were presented. A warning to future buyers, your car may have once had used face masks, used rags and old band-aids left around the car, which were parked in the used cars area. I went inside to look over a CLEAN car and was ignored by sales people. The cars were filthy inside and out, so just a warning, your new car may have been not treated so well while living on the lot. If you are in the market for a Nissan, definitely without hesitation, take your business to Ferntree Gully Nissan. Over there you will find 10/10 customer service, and very CLEAN well presented cars.

I have been getting my car serviced at Ringwood Nissan for more than 8years. As always, the service I received yesterday was professional and clearly outlined. They even found and repaired a punctured tyre which I didn't know I had! Special commendation to the driver of the courtesy car, who was so friendly and polite, and drove me safely to and from my home. I rated him a 5 star!! (Sorry, I can't remember his name!!) One small issue was that I was told my car would be ready about 3.30pm and I would be picked up from home. Unfortunately I had to wait almost an hour, which caused me to miss the first half of an important meeting I had scheduled in Kilsyth for 4.30pm. If I had been notified of the possible delay by, at the latest, 3pm perhaps I could've made other arrangements to get back to the Car Service Centre myself. Never mind, that's the first time that has happened in all my years dealing with this company. Just à case of miscommunication I think. BTW, I was grateful to the driver who apologised profusely all the way back, even though it was certainly not his fault. Kind regards, Annette M.

I purchased a 2016 Nissan navara off Nissan Ringwood they told me they would check everything over before giving me the car My battery died on me 4 weeks later on a public holiday of course. I rang the service team to ask them why they did not inform me before I picked the car up that the Battery was nearly dead. Would of been nice to been given the option for them to put a new battery in which I could of paid for instead of being stranded The service girl was extremely rude would not answer any of my questions and had a care factor of zero I was so shocked they speak to there customers like this. After writing them a email there excuse was the car started when they did the road worthy so they didn't check the Battery. I was also told they were going to change my break pads as they were worn. Her response to that was the breaks worked so they wernt changed. Worst customer service ever along with her fake apology!!!!!!!
