Good sales and service staff in my experience so far. Good communications about ETA of vehicle and service progress. EDIT: Unfortunately after a few weeks of ownership and 10,000km the vehicle has developed an horrendous noise, upon booking in for a warranty inspection Etheridge are unable to organise a courtesy vehicle for two weeks. This is a work vehicle that travels up to 1500km a week so we can't be without it. Not great after sales service, especially when the company will be buying a number of new vehicles in the next few months.

Charged me a lot for only changing the battery. On the phone saying different prices and paying different price. Aware of labour fee... Definitely not going back to that service...

Repaired car with suspension only to make errors. When requested to fix they just left it and made a wrong adjustment to cover themselves. Not a good place to go for repair. Roger is a good mechanic but he can never be expected to do all that is needed. Will never trust again with my FORD's.

They're always friendly, inviting and making sure you're kept in the loop so there's no surprises when collecting your car.
