When we got there to pick up our fireplace stone they had made a mistake and so we took the one which wasn’t the size we ordered, as it still worked for us. It was unpolished and unsealed, despite the hundreds of dollars we paid (over 500 I think) which was unexpected and the guys were fairly unresponsive and noncommittal about this- whilst the piece of stone that was the size we had ordered had been polished. We did them a favour by not taking that one so their other customer wasn’t inconvenienced, and ended up having to buy sealer and seal our own stone. Whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt I hadn’t been dealt with entirely honestly. Took the money and then weren’t overly helpful after that.
We used estone direct to supply black granite pieces for our fireplace back in May of this year. I was very pleased with the cost , quality and service provided and would not hesitate to use them again and would encourage others to do so.
