I visited the store recently. There were only two other customers and two staff. I stood at the counter waiting for at least 5 minutes while the closest staff member had a lengthy conversation with a friend about cars without once acknowledging me. Customer service was non existent. I won't be back and will be advising the many people I shoot with to not waste their time going there.

Poor service from staff everytime i have been here Always think they know better and try to sell you something you don't want when you have your heart set on something else. Just a shame they dont service people who can not wear a mask then discriminate on them saying we cant serve you..

If you want a great range of firearms backed up by extremely knowledgeable staff, then go and see Jon, Dylan, Dave and Neil. They stock a good range of rifles, shotguns, ammunition and reloading supplies. Pricing has always been fair. By far, the most helpful and friendly gun shop I have dealt with. A family business that has been running for 60 years must be doing something right!
