My wife had her eye on a lampshade for several weeks and knew the price was 350. It had been that price for a number of weeks while she decided whether or not to purchase it. During the Black Friday sale we went up to purchase it and amazingly the price had gone up to410 but with the black Friday 15% sale it was back down to 357. Not much point in a 15% discount if it's preceded by a 15% increase

They have some really lovely items for sale, and at somewhat reasonable prices but the customer service is horrendous. I've been into this store about four or five times and only one of those times I have been acknowledged and greeted. The women there are more interested in chatting amongst themselves than trying to serve customers. A little bit of effort can go a long way and considering there's never anyone in the store, I'm guessing I'm not the only person that feels this way.
