I live in Bicheno so it was a while before RIH could come to measure and quote for a retractable fly screen for a bi-fold door but it was definitely worth the wait. When the screen was ready, they came on a Sunday to install it which was very much appreciated. The screen itself is fantastic and quite sturdy and also acts as a see-through blind. Although having an unimpeded view is ideal, I can now open the door at anytime without worrying about flies and mossies. Thanks RIH for your wonderful customer service and product.
