engaging sessions which helped me build real strength on the bike. always amazed at the difference when i get out on the road. great to be in small groups rather than sitting with 40 people getting lost in the crowd. best instructor "the count"

I live in Sydney and only get to Melbourne occasionally but I really enjoy Ridewiser sessions. I don't like Spin but the intelligent, personalised approach of Rob's sessions is challenging, motivating and enjoyable. Rob Crowe has lead our annual Giant Steps charity bike ride for 5 years and does an excellent job supporting riders of a wide range of abilities.
