After hours spent trawling the internet in search of a publishing house that could offer me a simplistic writing platform, which was cost effective and an all-in-one package, so I could write and publish my first story with ease: I found Tablo. As soon as I entered their website, I found a handy online chat function which immediately connected me with one of their staff members who professionally answered any questions I had within five minutes. No waiting and sending emails back and forth, or waiting for the phone to ring. I loved how I could sign up and start writing my story straight away, free of charge, so I could get down to the business of writing, and worry about the finances later. When I saw how easy the writing platform was to use, and was able to preview the end game of the publishing process, so I knew where I was heading, I became even more enamoured with Tablo. And, when I found out that by choosing to publish in paperback, that Tablo would distribute my finished book to 40,000 online and physical bookstores: wow! I was sold. Tablo removed all of the obstacles in my way in regards to the publishing process, which allowed me to concentrate solely on writing my story. And, as a first time author, this was very important to me. I just hit the Barnes and Noble bestseller list with my book of short stories: LIfe: It's Just a Phase thanks to Tablo. They made my first self publication experience a smooth experience. I was able to easily copy and past my work from Word into the interface and also add artwork. They took care of the distribution and let me update my book when I found some typos. I would have given the service a 5 but there were some things about the interface that were very limiting. Sometimes parts of the site worked and sometimes it didn't. Sometimes it saved my work and sometimes it didn't. I also thought the formatting options were wonky -- leaving strange spaces where there shouldn't have been any. But when my book went t o publication, it seemed to have formatted accurately.However, Tablo did everything for me when it was time to be published and the 99 yearly fee was well worth it. Damien and Ash took care of all my concerns, however. My pen name didn't make it into the listings which was also a bummer but I was reassured they would be updated. If you're curious about indie publication, I highly suggest you check out how easy Tablo makes it.

Publishing with Tablo was such a smooth process for me. Ash and Demien are truly bend on giving authors the opportunity to see their work come alive in a guided, relaxing, and stress-free way. In minutes of the submission of my manuscript, they had an interface prepared for me where I could go and review, make adjustments and edits at no additional cost to me. I was amazed at the number of times I requested some major adjustments to be made - and for each time, the response was cordial and the adjustment, immediate. I liked working with them; they make you feel at ease. They are professional, transparent, respectful and efficient at what they do. Mardon I happened upon Tablo quite per chance on social media. As it's been my dream to write a book about my sons whom I'd lost barely a year apart, I reached out to Tablo. Well, I was most certainly not disappointed as Ash and Damien have been nothing short of amazing in assisting me through the process. And they didn't simply assist me with the publishing aspect either. It being my first attempt at writing and publishing a book, I had many questions and they answered all of them - from start to distribution (that's where my book is at now). The most phenomenal part is that despite being highly professional, they made me feel warm, welcome and cared for. They're simply amazing and incredible.
