Delighted customer. I feel I have made the right decision to switch to Plan Partners. Everyone there I have dealt with has been wonderful. I want to mention some of the really helpful team members who I feel have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Brad R for offering to liaise with providers so I can start services, Haydn for promptly signing me up within 2 hours of receiving the service agreement as he knew how urgent it was to set me up, Marie and Kristina for helping me with Officeworks Orders, Rajiv for providing useful information for invoicing of services. Victor also allayed concerns about the cut-off times for ordering and sent a follow up email assuring me everything would be completed. I do need to ring often and they are always only too happy to help and do not make me feel bad for reaching out for assistance. So far, it has been a pleasant experience. Kudos to all the team for all their assistance it has made my life easier and less stressful. I feel they treat me as a person and not just a transaction, they take the time to answer all my queries and build rapport as well. I feel I would benefit from their support co-ordination services as well. Thanks Plan Partners for partnering with me on my NDIS journey.

You need to be BANNED from Plan managing. Terrible organisation, just seeing all the bad reviews, makes sense with what I experienced. My LAC mentioned your organisation among others when I asked them for plan management companies, but I need to let him know of your terrible service and processes.

PROFESSIONAL REVIEW

I found a brilliant person, but they don't form effective client/provider relationships now. You cannot even speak to the accounts team. From a client perspective, that makes life difficult. Some of their people oversell their skillset. When a company starts overpromising and underdelivering, generally, they are under extreme pressure and are driving profits. Andrea is their team leader of customer support staff. Post calling and agreeing the ‘farce’ they’d led my situation, making me more disadvantaged, made ridiculous by promising to follow up on the next day. I did not hear back from Andrea, probably because one of the staff overpromised and failed. Therefore, leaving me without vital equipment. They seem too profit-focused these days, at the expense of disabled clientele. They were very client-centric; they don’t even return calls now.

My partner had a bad experience and it caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Services provided were clearly not aimed with the purpose to support people with disabilities.

I have been using Plan Partners for both Support Coordination and Plan Management for almost 12 months. It would be fair to say the service has been seamless and such a breeze! I have had no issues with services being paid and myself being reimbursed. I can't be more thankful to my Support Coordinator Claudia who from the moment we met I was so impressed, she took the time to know me as a person, not just what was on my plan. It should also be notes the she is so efficient, professional and kind. Nothing is ever too hard, always goes above and beyond. I cannot thank you enough!

I have had excellent service from Tina Arora as support coordinator both for my self and my son's NDIS plans. Tina has never failed to be diligent, polite and supportive as well as very timely with her responses. She shows a depth of understanding of complex situations and will always seek out further information if it is required. Tina has made it an easy and fluid process accessing the appropriate level and type of support required and is a very effective communicator with the rest of our support teams.
