In2Motion have been looking after me since my work place injury March 2017. They looked after my injury pre and post surgery with treatments rangeing from dry needling, hydrotherapy, physio therapy and exercise physiology. This place is not only professional but genuinely caring. ( I even got a birthday gift!) Sarah has dealt with all background work as team leader allowing the professional staff to look after me . I thank all the staff and recommend this place highly

Going to In2 Motion is so much more than just another physio visit. It all starts at front of house, reception staff and practice manager are awesome, I am always greeted with a smile, a warm welcome and nothing is a problem. I have personally had appointments with Samantha (physio), Carly (EP) and Daina (massage therapist) between the 3 of them they keep this old bloke on his feet and moving. They are friendly, professional, care about the patients and the quality of service they provide. In2 Motion covers all bases, NDIS, DVA , Paeds & Women's Health physio. Blonde moment I almost forgot Pilates ... it is fun .... although the next day DOMS. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough

Wouldn't recommend coming here if you have a worker's compensation claim, a lot of people go here and seem to be happy but I went here for a couple of months and every day I left in more pain than how I arrived. I told both physio's I was sore during & after exercises but they'd just give me a minute break and get me back into the same exercise that was making me sore. You can't fix an annular tear by forcing the patient to do exercises that cause pain to that area and doing so only risks blowing out the nucleus and making the injury a permanent one. thankfully I changed physio before ruining my back completely.

I had some shoulder pain, went in and they diagnosed it and fixed it in one session. He also fixed up my posture a bit in that same appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend In2Motion for any of your physiotherapy needs.
