Hi, I am extremely disappointed with your Richmond, Sydney Store. I went in there to exchange a pair of pants I had bought for my husband and unfortunately he did not like it as it did not have pockets. The pants were 29.95. When I got there I saw a pair of pants with pockets and the Salesperson said that he will do an exchange for the items however the pants I had chosen was dearer 69.95 and I needed to pay an extra 40 so I did. So I took the pants home and unfortunately the pockets were not big enough as my husband needed the pairs specifically for work. So I went to the store just now and explain the situation, provided both original receipts only to be told that I can only be refunded 40. So what the heck happened to 29.95. He said to me its because he did an exchange not a refund at the 2nd transaction. If I had known I would have been fine to take the time to do a full refund on the first pair of pants and then paid the full amount for the 69.95 pair of pants. This is unfair as I have done what I need to do as a customer by bring the original receipts and the item purchased in its original condition - my husband did not even try it - so why is it the the store can only refund me my 40 and keep the 29.95? Its not right and I would like this matter address or I will go to the Ombudsman. Extremely disappointing.

Highly recommend this place, everytime I go they are always welcoming, went their tonight and jake had severed me and my brother Aaron, he was honestly the best, we got the things we needed with his help, they are always up for a conversation. The best Connor store I have been to.
