When it was Auction Blue it was great service, 5 Stars. Now since Lloyd took over everything is complicated, from payment mistake rectification, to payment direct options, to enquiries, and worst of all their phone service trying to get somebody real and answering the phone. Sorry to say, but worst service to date.

Won an item online and long story short there was issues with the vendor not coming back to the party with a reasonable price. I bought a oven and cooktop as a set and one of the items the vendor was happy with but the other one he wanted full retail. Anyway auction blue were very good about it and didn’t make me buy the cooktop on it’s on as I wanted the set. They let it go without a single issue so I definitely recommend auction blue as a reputable auction house to buy your wares from!!
AUCTIONBLUE IS LLOYDS AUCTIONS Purchased a 6ct sapphire. Received a 2ct sapphire, auction manager said he didn’t have time to track down who received my purchase. Decided to try them again, bought a pendant, received it and noticed the main gem, had the tip on the bottom, SNAPPED OFF. They blamed me, then shipping, then decided to pull every excuse as to how it was not “misdescribed”. Basically, they’ll either ship you the wrong item, or a broken item, and find every way to squirm their way out of consequence. ACCC won’t help, apparently Lloyds only do their job when you threaten them with fair trade. 10/10 would not recommend
Before they murged with loids they were open to pick up or inspect goods on weekends now only open during the week when everyone's at work so I would have to take time off work to pick up or inspect so because of this I don't buy auction times from them any more

Great auction items
Won the online auction for a handgun. Condition was listed 'as new' but when I received it condition was "good' only , so I paid more than what it was worth. I know they recommend inspection but I was unable to view item prior, but I also expect them to list item condition honestly.
