PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.Very poor customer service have left messages for the Manager with no response. Ordered the door 2 months ago 30/7/2020 and this is what I got (refer to the photos). Originally the door came out to be fitted 1 month after I paid for it.2 men came out with the door on their work vehicle, looked at the opening and said that the door would not fit They didn't take it off the vehicle and try to fit it.So they took it back and in 2 weeks’ time this door arrived .I was told they would remake the door .This has taken more than 2 weeks. I contacted the head person of production, who in my opinion really couldn't give a stuff by her attitude. She begrudgingly offered an apology saying, it really wasn't her place to do so.Great customer service (not) No one seems to care for the customer at Steel-ine nor how the final product fits. Obviously they can't get measurements correct. It has been the worst experience I have had...a simple garage door. The only good thing I can say about this Company is their installer He was great so much different to the staff at Steel line.had to give 1 star to post it
Terrible customer service, rude staff. Unreliable Product - The motor mechanism only lasts as long as their warranty period- 2years. Go figure! After that the motor needs replacement apparently. Don't trust their technicians who come to 'repair' and within a week it stops working again & you're told you need to replace, as a repair doesn't do any good. Sketchy money grabbing schemers.

Very poor installation. Brackets and bolts literally snapped and fell off my carport almost falling straight onto my car. Tracks are not put on square or level. 2 weeks after installation and it sounds like a whale giving birth when opening it. Would not recommend!!
I was very happy with the whole process at Steel-Line. Firstly Jason came out and gave me a comprehensive quote, then I accepted the quote and was told installation would be 2-4 weeks from date of order. I then received an email update when my doors had been manufactured and were being sent to the supplier. Then at approximately 4 weeks from order I received notice that they were ready for installation and I arranged a time. I then received an email to arrange the balance of payment. The installation was carried out on time even a little early but Steven and Michael called before to make sure it was ok to come early and did a good job. Overall the whole process was easy, efficient and professional and all of the staff I dealt with were pleasant and easy to deal with. Thank you.
