I visited the store recently hoping to get advice on a jewellery size alteration. Other stores at Westfield had told me that what I wanted was not possible. The staff at Richardson's Jewellers, however, were more than happy to listen to my concerns, offering advice on the best way to modify the piece. The staff were extremely polite and it was apparent that customer service was a main priority at this store (The staff even stayed past closing time until we were happy). Richardson's Jewellers went above and beyond our expectations and I would highly recommend this store based on their impeccable service.

Ordered online as they had exactly what I was looking for. Within 30 minutes received an email from Deb stating it was on backorder. The next day I received an email that the item I ordered was in store and on its way to me! I received the item via express post the next day with a beautiful personalised note and item wrapped perfectly ready to give as a gift! Highly recommend! Will not go anywhere else now!

Disappointing Service - I purchased a fresh water pearl ring via Layby and on collecting from the North Lakes store found the pearl had two long, deep dents right on the top of the pearl that I hadn't seen previously. I raised this with James who adopted a passive-aggressive approach right from the start. I requested a replacement to which he advised they didn't have this ring in store. I was terribly disappointed as I'd purchased the pendant several months earlier so requested a refund to which he refused and referred me to the T&C's on their invoice and the Fair Trade website..... On review of same, I advised that my request met the T&C's advising that I hadn't changed my mind, I wasn't happy with the defects, natural or not.... On his refusal I appealed to his sense of Christmas cheer and goodwill but he continued to say 'no'. I confirmed that I was a regular customer having made several purchases throughout the year however, clearly exasperated, he leaned across the counter and gave me another hostile "no". I accepted a credit for 399 and just when he was about to process the invoice, I found the same ring under another counter - so much for not having any in store? He reluctantly removed it, my husband and I examined it and accepted an exchange but not before James had the last word advising me that if I changed my mind again, he wouldn't exchange or offer me a credit. That was about the time I advised him that I didn't care for his tone, needless to say he refused to have the ring re-sized at their cost. By this time the shop had other customers and I was aware that the conversation was gathering attention but James never once took that condescending smirk off his face. I'm going to take my business to another store. I recommend Richardson's Jewellers provide James with the "Beginners Guide to Excellent Customer Service for Dummies".

Richardsons jewellers helped me design my custom made engagement ring. I didn't know much about diamonds and James took the time to explain all the essentials to me. He really went out of his way to get to know me and this made the design process so much smoother because he knew what I liked. I am definitely using Richardson's for our wedding bands, they made everything so easy!
