My partner love the Richardson's Harley Davidson store. Lots of things to look at & he said the customer service was friendly & helpful. He just wished he had lots of time to look around A must do next trip.

The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with, the building has entrance for wheelchairs however it would be a little steap gradient, the indoor arrangements were good with the display harleys are first straight in the door and the clothing and the merchandise to the left of the main door and the cafe is at the back of the merchandise area with an entrance via the shop or there is one from the balcony area if wanting to go direct to the cafe. My suggestion is to always be nice and kind as you will receive the same in return from all staff and always have a pleasant transaction with the store no matter which store you go too if it to be this store or any other store, so please be kind and pleasant for all the places you visit. Thanks
It wasn't what I expected. It's more then just a Harley Davidson dealership.

Fantastic spot for gear and food , Brilliant service !!!. We, the wet through Vicchics from Melbourne called in for a look around , All of us were Drenched from constant rain. Staff were brilliant ,helped dry our gear got us all a coffee and excellant service re the shopping . We will be back xo
