Very low and poor customer service. I have reviewed my poor experience here and they told me to contact them by logging a request/ticket. I have done so. Haven't heard back from them since then. I guess they just write an answer at google to create a feel that 'we are taking care of issues'. NO YOU ARE NOT TAKING CARE. YOU ARE JUST AFTER SELLING AND THEN FORGETTING

The worst customer service experience ever. I was waiting to be served and it was like the staff was avoiding me. I have never experienced anything like this. When I did finally get sick of waiting and went to ask for help the lady who was supposed to be in-charge just left shop.If the company is really concerned about this they can watch the whole thing on camera it happened today at 3.40 pm

Excellent customer service. Went to book for an eye test but unfortunately no time available for walk-ins. Instead, I asked if they can fix my eyeglasses as one of the nose pads is missing. William not only fixed it but gave parts and service for free! Thanks William for the great service!
