Appalled by the level of customer service this business has provided. I've called them numerous times to try and book a boat canopy installation and the same man, I believe his name is John tells me all 5 times when he did return my call that he would call me back by today or tomorrow to provide date/time for when I can bring the boat in. It has been 3 weeks of since first contacting him and he has now stopped responding. I have been nothing but patient and nice even after waiting for days for replies and yet still no response. If you didn't want the business, you could have said you were busy so I would look elsewhere. Time wasters.

We have a boat cover and SeaDek from Rhino Covers on our ski boat. Excellent quality covers and very good service. SeaDek looks scmick and is nice under foot. River mud surprisingly washes off very easy. Would recomend Shaun and his team.
Im very happy with the service ,he was on time ,great price ,very professional,excellent quality material,and looks great i would highly recommend them to anyone.remember word of mouth is the best advertising.
