I worked at Rhodes laser clinic for a few months after years of laser experience I’ve seen many clients calling about burns, and the owner would ignore messages of clients asking for help, when I tried to offer help and advice I was simply blocked by the owner.The clients can never get appointments because the clinic is open and shut depending on what the owner determines. Every week I struggled to get my pay check and had to constantly ask if I would get paid. Staff that had been there for years were simply told to not come back and return keys without even an explanation. I would not recommend this company to work for or as a client.

I was very impressed. Rhodes Laser Clinic recently came under new management and have truly lifted the game. The premises are clinically clean like you would expect from a medical environment. What I especially like is the location and convenience to the train station and parking. Mostly it was the BEST Dermapen procedure that I have ever had. Consider having your lips done for plump natural collagen lips. Consider extending the procedure down the neck and declotage' area for a true rejuvenation. I am impressed. Do yourself a favour and truly look after your skin here. Professional and knowledgeable.

The worst place I have ever been. The old management was really progressional , organised and run by 2 mums. They changed the management and got in a whole lot of new and inexperience staff. Regular cancellations and also pathetic customer service. Have got burns marks after the new therapist Laura ( owner) and that has scared me. Have been following up for a refund of the remaining session but they don’t seem to have any policy in place. the owner Laura keeps changing appointments last minute, therapist are never available. Surely a place that needs to be reported... don’t risk your skin guys .. they possibly don’t have the latest machines too-not for dark skin for sure.. if you are doing fine after the sessions, you are just lucky!! Guys laser skin clinics are the best and better equipped.

I purchased and received two Dermapen sessions, plus LED light treatment. The level of infection control concerns me - she put on clean gloves prior to the treatment, to then touch her mobile phone, door handles, bottles of products that have been previously opened therefore are not sterile and, I assume, the bottles have been touched with gloves used on other people’s faces. Being in healthcare, this is not good especially for an invasive procedure. Also while I was undergoing 30 mins of LED light treatment, she was taking personal calls, and also gave herself a facial treatment even when my treatment had finished, where I tried calling out to notify her with no response. She has also rated the clinic 5 stars on Google, therefore bumping their own ratings. However, the clinic has good follow up care - I received text messages asking about the treatment outcome.

The appointment was originally for 1pm during my work lunch break. I had received a text asking if I could come in at 1.15pm, which I agreed to. I get there only to be waiting until 1.45pm for her to come out of her session before me and advises that the client before me just had to move her car and then she would have another 15 minutes with her. Her excuse was that she over slept and I needed to book a new session. Not very professional.

I have been going to Lavo Laser RHODES for the past couple of years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!! Maxine has a very warm rapport with everyone she comes in contact with. Follows up with clients to ensure no one feels lost in the process & she makes sure her clients are aware of their future appointments. Clearly enjoys the “people” aspect of her position. Always smiling and is very friendly. Maxine and Jamie are both very skillful. They have developed a loyal customer base and a high rate of repeat business. LOVE IT!!
