The owner is an amazing generous person. Like many I order a digital piano online, after speaking on the phone and receiving great customer service. Initially my emails around expected delivery where responded to and I understood they have no control over the logics of receiving orders from oversea suppliers. However, there was a period where my emails where not responded too, I started to wonder if I had lost my money or that they may have closed due to COVID. So I visited the store and spoke in person with the owner and again received great customer service. He was able to confirm his order of products had arrived in Melbourne and where on transport to Brisbane. But no ETA. Shortly after my visit he called saying transport had arrived which included my order, he offered to drop it off at my place, going out of his way to ensure I received my order.

They were just about to close the store for the day and the owner stayed back to restring my guitar!!! LEGEND... They also seem very knowledgeable and helpful, I will defiantly be going back and would recommend them to others

Sadly I ordered a piano for my son last year which was meant to be a Christmas present however it never arrived nor could I contact anyone to find out what was happening. I tried numerous times by phone and email to contact however was not able to do so. I contacted Fair Trading and they investigated but couldn’t get in contact with them so case closed. Meanwhile I got no piano and they got Revolution Music for all my money as I paid in full! \u200d️ DO NOT take a risk with this company- it’s not worth it!!!

Buyers Beware!! DO Not purchase anything from this store. You will not receive your goods, you will not be able to make contact via phone, email or MessageBank. However your money will be taken on an item that said was in stock!!! I only wished I had read the reviews before purchase, as it seems I am not alone. My worst online experience Ever!! And out of pocket 300 ️ Very disappointed

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Something that was shown as 'in stock', I ordered in OCTOBER and I still have not received it. Not only that, I have called, emailed and called again over 100 times with NO response. This is either a scam or an extremely poorly run business. They will take your money & not provide you with what you have paid for. Avoid at all costs.

Before buying please be aware that with this covid problem, they are most likely out of stock or is having difficulty shipping. Their website is not showing as out of stock which is misleading (hopefully they can update this). I requested a refund with Mark (after a month of waiting) and it was easily completed. The employees there are great and really helpful. I will definitely order from here again later in the future.
