Awful customer service. Completely rude and unwilling to listen. I had their product less then 3 years but they refused to honor the warranty on a technicality. The receptionist was extremely rude and said well you should have called earlier. When I said I will take it further the manager said I do not care, it does not affect me, you can. Product is of low quality been having issues with it for a long time. Stay away, if you are offered this product in your land and build package refuse and get something else. There's a reason why they only have 1 star ratings.
