I totally loved the Customer Service that I received from this store. I started off by making an online inquiry and that's when I spoke to a lady named Katie over the phone. She was patient, understood exactly what I needed. She did her best to help and that led me to the Retravision store in O'Connor. The drive took me about 30 minutes from my place of residence. Once I got there, it was totally worth it. I was working on a budget and could only afford to buy a cheap 50" inch screen, smart TV. Thanks to the great support from.the staff there namely Elena and Shane who advised me that I could in fact get a major brand television for less than I thought. Anyway, I ended up walking away very satisfied and got to pick a good Sony Smart TV with 4K. Thanks for the great service! I hope that the staff get a bonus or pay rise. They earned my trust!
I have had a sales relationship with Gino from Retravision for over 20 years. Knowledgeable and quick to smile, great store packed full of all the latest gadgets and really everything a family could need. Great prices and friendly advice, why would you go anywhere else?
Absolutely recommend this store! The staffs are very friendly and knows exactly what customers need, if there is an issue they will solve it real quick and give customers real bargain. Retravision O'Connor knows how to do business and deliver great customer service. Will definitely come back!

Shop was pretty quiet. I was attended to within 1minute, taken to the item I required, the lady took the goods to the registers, I paid and left the store within 5 minutes, good service with a positive smile..Thank you.....
