I have rented a property with this Real Estate and have been the worst experience ever. Before I took the place the Agent Robert Riddell kept calling me. I make the mistake to take this property because is falling apart and on top has pets problems. After I paid and signed the contract, this person did not want to response about the terribles conditions of the place. After many calls and emails, he call me on Monday morning and was so disrespectful, he never show any willingness to solve the issues, otherwise he yelled at me and told me that he had not time for me. The place is disgusting and falling apart. He said that is reasonably clean and I have to accept that. I have not hear from him since then except for an email telling me about a poor two hours cleaning job and nothing about the repairs and neve pick up the phone. The shower is not working and the bathroom sink is blocked, but according with him, I have to pay for that and live in this way. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE the people is awful.
