Incompetent People And Bad Service. Had to get paperwork and identity confirmed and you would think they would tell you what they needed but had to go back several times and then didn't get that I was married and had a different name hence bringing in the marriage certificate. Same post office that stuffed up 6 months of redirection. No idea of customer service and don't offer a service if you don't know how to provide the service. Get much better service from your smaller local post office.

Extremely understaffed
Spring st Reservoir office Boxing day 26 Dec 2020 (Sat): Web info indicate open 9am-12:30pm with 'Hours might differ'. When i go there, the office is closed. Your web info cheat me greatly. If not preparing to open then just simply state 'Close'. If open then just state 'Open' without any remark. Is that remark requires us to go there and find out yourself whether open or not or you can close it any time you want? Yours info make me furious as wasting my time and fool me.
Lazy staff. Can’t even speak English. Uneducated. Unaware of their work. Idk how they get hired. Staff has no idea what they r doing. Never going back to that place. Highly recommend it’s a waste of time.
Urgent medication needed from Melbourne, 3 hours away , sent via next day business express on Wednesday last week , still hasn't left your post office and saying it will be delivered Tuesday this week , but on every day that has past it has been saying the next day but you haven't even touched it. I don't know how you haven't been sued , lucky in my case it won't threaten my life if I miss taking it but what happens when you do this to someone who can't afford your laziness.

I went into the post office today struggling to decide what packaging I should purchase for my item. Stana who is an employee at the Reservoir post office was amazing!! Stana went above and beyond in her assistance. Thank you so much.
Brought a few parcels to post interstate after the Xmas rush; went in the morning and was happy to see that hardly anyone was in there, so I could go straight to the lady and get her to mail the parcels. Unfortunately, as nice as this lady was, the process to actually send my parcels as registered seemed a bit of a daunting task, needing a co-worker's help to do so. All up it wasn't a bad experience, just an average one, hence the score. I'm sure that sort of thing won't happen again if I go, but I'll be more careful in weighing up which AusPost outlet I go to if I need to do the same thing in the future.
