Excellent customer service. I was traveling through Townsville, they fit me in right away. Staff friendly and sincere. They polished my headlights, which made a big difference in light visibility . A lovely final touch. Highly recommend :)

The team fit us in on the day, we called hour and a half in advance. Very fair pricing. They also did a free general check up after the problem was fixed. While our car was being worked on we got to use the company car to drive around and even see a bit of townsville sights. Very backpacker friendly and superb work! Highly recommend! Had a general service and coolant flush done on my VW Golf TDI by them. Moved to North Queensland 3 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the service. Definitely will always use them. Highly recommend this business
Absolutely amazing experience in a stressful time with car breakdown on a family trip. I found this business to be above expectation in every way. Urgently needed to get a roadworthy on a car I'd just bought. After calling around to what felt like almost every mechanic in Townsville, I gave Mark's a ring and was very glad I did. Over the past 10-15 years I have been searching to find Machanic’s that are consistent with the quality of their work. Marks Machanic is now my permanent go to. The last 2 years of dealing with these guys (Mark & Greg) have been nothing but positive for me. They go into great detail explaining everything so I understand not only what they are doing but to why it needs doing. They are honest, reliable and affordable. That’s a huge big tick from me. I had put unleaded fuel in my diesel truck and thought that was the end. I spoke to mark over the phone who reassured me everything was going to be fine the team sorted out the tow truck and had my truck back on the road within 3hrs. Overall great and professional service and very affordable price. 10/10
