I found both staff members very helpful and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than other shops, but I found a couple of fuel coolers cheaper than even at some online shops. They have a service department that looks great and well equipped. I'll definitely will come back.

I have been going to Rems rc for several years that includes previous address and love this hobby store. Shop is spacious and well equipped with more than adequate size tracks for their scale. All things considered the prices are acceptable and even occasionally open to reasonable respectful offers. Staff are knowledgeable in all aspects of rc with special consideration to large scale. In my experiences I found staff to be honest and not necessarily favouring their own products. I encourage my friends and any rc lovers to browse this store and even become actively involved competitively which is open to all ages and levels. I always look forward to dropping in and checking out new rc products and will continue to support our local one stop hobby shop in the west...
