I called and left a message for Remondis after hours. I was 8 minutes late so that's my fault. I thought I would follow up with a call at 8am this morning, the day that they empty bins in our area. 'Kirsty' told me that they had already completed their run in my area at 8am? My wife is at home all day and told me that's nonsense as they usually come in the afternoon on the days that they empty our bins, so either 'Kirsty' is lying, or the customer service department has incompetent people working for it . I think a bit of both... Update on this. Today Remondis came to empty our bin at 12h40, so I have been lied to twice now by their supposed "customer service" people. I was contacted by their customer service last week, who told me the latest they service our area is 09h18 in the morning, why does Remondis think lying to customers is a good business practice ? I am awaiting an apology from the lady who called me last week, I bet I won't get one...

Never come when they say, always an excuse for forgetting to come when booked in. When asked to complain to a manager I'm always told I'll be called back and the never do. Forced to use them as no one else does effluent pump out in my area.
I had put out my green recycling bin to get empty with wood it A guy across the road put his green bin next to mine with a distinctive number two on it and I'm at 6 he's been got empty and my bin got ignored that's really great!! Of theses mobs not the first time it's happened but now I'm sick and tired of it Very poor Unfortunately there's no other companies you can use to do the same job
Very good to deal with bin emptied usually a day after the phone call to say bin is full been with remondis a long time in residential collection they go out of their way to help (Good job Remondis)
