Professional massage
Booked an appointment through their website, and received a confirmation email. When I arrive, the store is shut with a sign on the door telling me to check their website for further details...the website through which I booked the appointment. Their website has no details about being shut. The owner's response below is incorrect. There was nothing on the website about being closed. Also I did not just create a profile but made a booking and as my initial review stated, I received a confirmation email for the booking. Their implication that I can't tell the difference between these two things is insulting. I would have thought a simple apology for the oversight would have been the result of this review not total disregard for wasting my time.

Don’t be fooled by the fitness studio on the ground level and the 5star reviews. Upstairs they perform dodgy massages and attempt to rip off legitimate customers. This is definitely not the place to goto if you are looking to rehabilitate an injury. Only rub n tug massages here. I also wouldn’t be surprised if the girls doing these dodgy massages are illigally working here.
I tried relative therapies on a recomendation by a family friend. I was very happy with the service. Karen was very thorough and i could tell is very experienced. She helped me with an ongoing lower back issue caused by my physical job and sports. I would recomend her anyday.
