I would like to congratulate Tristan Kilpatrick (Building Manager Sentinel Apartments) for his diligence and good work in a recent event at our building. He took the initiative in checking and rectifying a problem in our hot water system and had the system up and running whereas other BM's would have waited for the service person to arrive and fix the problem. Well done Tristan.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with our building manager, Alistair (Northshore Kingston). He has been real help to me over the last few days. Background: on Wednesday morning I couldn’t get the garage door to open and it looked like I was going to be late for my booked tee time in a golf competition. I rang Alistair and he arrived in about five minutes and let me out. I made it to golf on time which saved me embarrassment and more importantly meant the people I was playing with weren’t inconvenienced. After I left for golf I understand that Alistair checked the operation of the garage door and established that it was working. The following day he followed up and diagnosed my electronic key was defective(ie not a flat battery). He arranged a loan key for me to use while he sourced a replacement key. He then got my electronic key replaced promptly. This has been entirely consistent with the helpful attitude he has displayed throughout his time at this building. Take care of this bloke. He’s a real asset for your company.
I am very happy with the excellent services provided, especially by the building manager in Highgate Canberra. He helped me to get settled and resolved urgent issues with professionalism and care. Thank you.

Put fees up by over 1k year with nothing in return, no high windows cleaned, gardens always overgrown, rubbish room always overflowing - overall I did not see any maintenance completed in our 18 months there apart from a pool fence pane which took about 3 months. We sold due to the concern how the new complex would look in a few years
