If you want to have your little marriage registration celebration in this office, beware! Our time was changed all of sudden, fortunately I called few days before to confirm. The reception lady on the phone was not very nice and insisting that our time has been slashed off, I even have the time in writing confirmed by the wedding celebrant before. But the wedding celebrant called back and confirm that it was their mistake, but our room has been changed as a result, apparently someone took our room. This is definitely an insider job as I found out that the original room we booked is the better room, so beware and I highly recommend you to call ahead to confirm your time few days before to make sure your date has not been changed by someone inside or have your registration somewhere else.

The Low

The operator lady was very nice until I got to the routine supervisor. I would give him 5 stars if he patiently listen to my problem instead of blaming and cutting me off before I finished. At the end, I know I couldn't get through to this bloke, I just let him finished with what he wanted to say. Look, I am jobless now, if he has lost his passion over his job, please let me take over.

Needed to get a copy of my brothers birth certificate but we were struggling to get the correct ID documents together. Vicky (sp?) was amazing! Kind, courteous, compassionate, and patient she figured out a way to get us the documentation whilst still abiding her policies. This department runs efficiently and I don’t dread visiting so that’s five stars!

Completely incompetent, after 2 weeks waiting for a certificate we call to find out our card was apparently rejected, they request we resend the number by mail. Two weeks late still nothing so we ring again apparently same issue no contact to inform us. We then requested they do it over the phone and they deny it saying its not policy, instead they ask to send it through email which is far more insecure. Thankfully we won't need to deal with them again anytime soon.
