Within a week of ordering, received my hamper. Unfortunately the incorrect bottle of wine was included and no gift card. Went on line and chatted to Sofia who will be sending both items out, apologising for the error and I get to keep the incorrect bottle! :) Excellent customer service, considering errors can occur. Hamper beautifully presented and very happy for the service received.
