Four times in a row now COS have stuffed up my order. They've sent my package to the wrong state twice, to two different addresses; they've sent the wrong item (still haven't received a credit or the correct item almost a year later), and now my current order is marked as picked and delivered when I've now been told there was never even any in the warehouse. I can't imagine any other ways that COS could be any more incompetent than they've already proved to be, how they could be a bigger waste of my time, and I certainly can't imagine that their deep-rooted issues are going to be fixed any time soon. This is beyond a joke.
