I purchased a Wellness Indulgence queen-size bed from Regal Sleep Solutions at Highpoint Shopping Centre yesterday. A big thank you to David who assisted me in making the perfect choice... After comparatively shopping a few stores in the surrounding area I can back and purchased a bed because the quality was outstanding. I'm looking forward to my bed being delivered next week and having a good nights sleep. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone who is looking for the best option in the market.

Do not trust the reviews posted here, they are almost certainly fake or paid reviews. The mattresses here are very overpriced for their design, especially the fact that what you’re buying is floor stock that isn’t like to the display mattresses in-store. They are very flimsy and offer no support. Alongside this, the workers are extremely unprofessional. Aidah was very unclear when speaking, and was always rushing back to her desk after offering to help. She had told me incorrect information regarding their return policy, and it took me many calls, of which almost all were ignored, to attempt to clarify things and get to a fair compromise; which is still not happening, as emails are being ignored too. Huge issues in communication are obvious now seeing as Aidah is barely able to form sentences, let alone be clear in conveying policies and guarantees. Even speaking to the store manager, David, did not help at all as he simply deflects responsibility and doesn’t know his own company’s policies. They are also very dismissive during phone calls. Once again, be very wary of this store as the reviews are strange and very similarly worded. If unconvinced, attempt to ask them further questions before your purchase and they will be very vague or unclear.
I had the most fantastic experience purchasing my new bed at Regal Sleep Solutions at Highpoint. Aida was absolutely lovely, so welcoming, professional, and friendly. Her knowledge of the products was simply fantastic, and she was so helpful in helping me make the best purchase to suit my needs. I can't recommend them highly enough!!
