I would highly recommend my recent experience with Refine Clinic as the most professional, smooth and positive experience. The moment I first rang and spoke to Manuela I knew I chose the right place. Manuela was extremely warm, courteous and very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. I have dealt with other clinics and I would rate Refine Clinic as "World Class" in every aspect. Even after post op, they were on the ball with every follow up appointment and even offered me complimentary LED therapy and a facial! It doesn't get better than that. My procedure with Dr Bezic exceeded my expectations as he is very honest, realistic and very humble. His skills as a surgeon I cannot fault and I have spoken to many past patients of his and they all feel he is the best in the field also. I would not go anywhere else ! I initially bought a voucher for skin needling. At the time I had a few breakouts around my chin and thought it would help. Diana let me know that if I was to do skin needling it would spread the bacteria and make it worse. She recommended a peel and I was more than happy to take her recommendation. I am soo glad that she told me this as a lot of skin clinics would have just gone ahead with the skin needling and make my breakout worse. Diana took the time to inform me and I loved how passionate she was. Amazing!!
