Very helpful over the counter staff...had a dodgy fitting sink trap...took in a photo in and whilst it wasn’t an easy fix offered a very cheap fix and it worked a treat!
Wife and I recently purchased a few thousand dollars worth of taps etc. for our new bathroom. Found tne staff to be verh friendly especially Amy in the showroom. Her extensive knowledge of all the products and her friendly helpfull manner made choosing what was right for us much easier. Would recommend to anyone.
Beautiful products and I’d love to say great service but this was definetly not my experience this week. I was discussed the the customer service I received from Amy Amy! She was rude and I felt like she was rushing me through my selections. I will not be returning to this store in the future. Definetly not someone who should be the face of the store, Try and smile darl life’s not that bad.
