My Family and I cannot thank the staff at Redwood Funerals enough for looking after our loved one and us. After the sudden loss of my Uncle we were able to celebrate his life in a way that showed who he was, a very personalized service in which anything was possible including his motorcycle & favourite saying on his coffin and one last ride. I can't compare Redwood Funerals to any other when going through one of life's most difficult times.

Finding a balance between sympathy for the situation and a happy disposition when the time is right is how Kelly operates. She is a naturally bubbly person but has empathy in spades. It was a pleasure to work with Kelly on my Mum’s funeral. She did everything with compassion and respect. My Mum, aged 97, had a great innings but I will always miss her. Kelly helped me to source commemorative cremation Urns for me and the relatives who wanted to share Mum’s ashes. The Urn sits right next to my favourite photo of Mum with me. It’s often the case that a smaller, non-corporatized organization will make sure everything goes to plan and to achieve the best possible outcome on the day of the funeral. That’s Redwood!

Kelly was compassionate, caring and patient in helping us find suitable clothing for my aunt before she was cremated. It's been a rough year and the COVID-19 restrictions were a challenge, but Kelly and the team helped us through this and talked us through all different options. We are grateful for their support and help with the funeral, cremation and for arranging the live streaming for our family. We felt looked after.

Big thanks to Kelly for helping with arranging the cremation of my step father recently. 2020 has enough challenges without having to worry about things like this. After submitting an online form Kelly was calling me within a matter of minutes. Payment was taken over the phone and the ashes were later delivered to my door. The level of service provided was second to none.

one of the most painful and sad experience is is planning a funeral but the staff at Redwood Funerals were so helpful so caring it was not a job to them it was true care for the our loved one and it was beautiful I can't thank them enough
