I've lived here for a while now and I would like to leave a review because right before moving, I read some other reviews here and thought omg what have I done why did I confirm to this please without reading these first. Well, I'm happy I did, because I love it here. The rooms are of course not big rooms, but more than enough for what anyone needs. There's even a small kitchen in every room (fridge, microwave, kettle and and sink). The bathrooms were just renovated this week so brand new bathrooms, 7 in total. The kitchen is super big, you can still cook if someone else is cooking, but tbh I cook almost every day and I never had to wait for cooking (there are too stoves therefore 8 burners). I never had to wait for taking a shower or going to the bathroom either.
Everyone living here is nice and respecful, at the moment there are people from Uruguay, Argentina, Spain, Brazil, Filipinas, India, Poland, and I think that's it.
The landlord is the sweetest guy ever, he is super nice and fun to talk with, and he is very helpful, we once asked for an adapter, once for an extension, another time for a light, and another time for a blanket because it got cold, and he provided with all of that immediately. He is so so so so nice.
The house is close to Central and Redfern, and it's 5 minutes walk to a Woolworths.
We are very happy here! The picture is our double room (you could also have 2 separate beds I think).
