Centrelink Redfern, is always good, to visit, compared to other offices, great service and support I waited for half an hour, it was very busy, not long to wait , staff at Redfern Centrelink, go out of their way to help with any matter and good advise as well ....

Called Centrelink line, and no one ever answered the phone and the online system didn't provide the information I need, so had to visit the place for several times. But surprisingly the staff here are very efficient and helpful, especially George. Thanks for all the help.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here when I needed help, having heard all the stories and complaints about Centrelink. The staff were friendly, and the guy who helped me, Joe, was very nice. I didn't have to wait long at all.

It's centrelink -- stop pretending your time is valuable when you're lining up for welfare. The staff do a pretty good job dealing with what rolls in, although it is a little frustrating being told to leave and do everything online. Many of the chairs in the waiting room are broken, which is maybe pushing things a bit far.

When you call, getting an answer is rare and the UX aspect of it is terrible. They really try their HARDEST to avoid answering questions and when the phone gives you options to select from it plays through once and you have to pray that you caught it the first time cause if you don't you'll have to call, state your purpose (get hung up on) and if you're lucky to reach beyond this point...It's just a listing of other phone numbers you have to ring to get the department you're after. You'd think with all that holiday money that wasn't used to fight the fires they'd afford a better human-centered service.

Fast, efficient and polite service - this is despite the entire online system temporarily crashing on a Thursday afternoon. The lady at the check-in front desk was reassuring in that the system would be up and running soon. I was served by Carlin in regards to obtaining a Reference Number for MyGov and he was very efficient and polite - it took less than 10 mins. Thank you
