Once i touched the doornob, something like electrical shocked me and while opening the shop door i found myself travelled 200 years back, at the disk a radio playing enchanting classic music, the warmwhite lighting, i wish that i could spend the whole day in that beautiful place, and i will not refuse if they invite me. The lovely lady in the shop helped me a lot to select the right thread, they are beyond the professionalism, I was so lucky to found them
These guys are wonderful, they patiently answered all of my questions with excellent and helpful advice and they sell great products I am grateful to have found them. I hope to be able to buy their products for as long as possible!
Mum passed away last year and one of her old cook books was of huge sentimental value to us. However it was falling apart and crumbling and wasn’t going to last much longer. I took it to Cali to ask what she could do. Cali’s work was amazing and exceeded expectation. She fixed some things I didn’t know were possible and we’ll be using the book for many more years. I wish I had taken before and after pictures because the result was miraculous.

I can't praise Cali enough! I found her by chance. All I had was a handwritten story and some watercolour illustrations that I wanted bound into a "one off" book, as a present for my 8 year old daughter. I ended up with the most magical, exquisitely handcrafted treasure that was way beyond my wildest hopes. Beautifully leather-bound and all hand stitched, with such detail and care, using traditional tools and materials and methods, from a time when books were valued and things were made to last. "The Book" is now seen by my family as a true heirloom.
Had a wonderful experience with Cali after finding her store through google. Had a badly damaged book that needed some expert attention and Cali delivered a beautiful result faster than I could have expected. Would highly recommend her services
